We are indeed a school of Gymnastics. CANGYM is Canada’s National Skill Development Program. It was created by coaches, to be used in recreational gymnastics programs for participants of all ages

About Us
Originally operating since 1994 as Harbour City Gymnastics our facility was refounded as Flipside Gymnastics in 2010. During these last 14 years Flipside has developed a very robust methodology in gymnastics instruction. Some key elements of our facility and programs are: Olympic style equipment, in floor trampoline and tumble track, beginner through advanced programs, boys and girls programs ages 18 months through adult, prorated fees, make-up classes, no fund raising or volunteer work required, strict 8:1 student coach ratios, Awards programs structured to be inclusive and individualized.
Try Us On For Size
No one likes to buy a pair of shoes without trying them on first. We invite parents to book a trial class for their child to see if we’re the right fit. Once the trial class is completed, and if you wish to register for ongoing classes, we’ll simply convert your trial class into a regular class. It’s that simple!
